I struggled with a lifelong congenital issue that became more difficult with age, and the surgery has been truly transformative. Despite being 55, the healing process was remarkably fast.

The functional results have been the biggest blessing: 1 am sleeping better, breathing easier, and I no longer struggle with biting my cheek or tongue while eating. While my primary focus was functional, the visual transformation is undeniable. Looking at my before-and-after photos, I’m in awe of the mastery Dr. Dorfman and Dr. Jacobson brought to my case-the difference is night and day.

What truly set this experience apart, however, was the incredible team. Even though I traveled from the other side of the country, I never felt alone. The entire staff is so wonderful and caring-| specifically want to mention Lauren and Mariel, whose kindness and professionalism meant the world to me and made me feel truly supported. Whenever I needed anything at all, they were always there for me.

I am constantly impressed by Dr. Dorfman; I honestly don’t know how he manages it all, but despite his incredibly busy schedule, he always made time to personally check in.

And then there is the amazing Dr. Jacobson —a truly incredible talent and an even better human being. There are some people you meet who leave a lasting, positive impact on your life, and I will never forget his kindness.

I only wish I had known this practice in my youth, but I am so grateful to have found them now.
